The red letters on the cards are another way to earn a T-shirt.  The letters appearing on the cards are C, O, L, A, and R.  Using these letters you are able to spell out Cool Carl.  When you earn a card, collect them, trade them, or get others to give you theirs, and when you have eight that spell out Cool Carl, you can turn them in for a free T-shirt. No more waiting for a "winner" card.
