Following is a total of 23 questions that, if answered honestly, will help in determining if you have bullying characteristics. This is not scientific, however, it will give a bit of an insight into how a bully perceives issues. How do you score?
Directions: choose a number from one to five, one being closest to "no" and five being closest to "yes". Three is a neutral response.

Add up all the numbers you selected.
If you scored 23 - 46 you're probably not a bully.
If you scored 47 - 69 you're getting close.
If you scored 70 - 115 you've got a problem. The closer to 115, the bigger your problem. Please do something about it.
